Refund policy

We have a 14 day exchange or store credit policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the product(s) to request an exchange or store credit. 


To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item(s) must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/order number.

To start an exchange or store credit, you can contact us at stclairgreetings@gmail.com. Please note, if your exchange/store credit is accepted, instructions will be sent on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange/store credit will not be accepted.

Items approved for an exchange or store credit can also be brought back to the store location. Unfortunately, we do not cover return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
All sale items, items considered personal protective equipment (PPE) and specially marked items are final sale.  Seasonal items can no longer be retuned after the season.  For hygienic purposes, skincare items are final sale. Final sale on bath and home fragrance items are up to store discretion

Unfortunately we do not accept returns on gift cards.


Refunds

Unfortunately we do not offer cash refunds at St. Clair Greetings.
